If a person could be described as a melting pot of world travel, culture, history and food, our Claire would be it – with a dash of pop culture thrown in. Having been at Nexis for the past two and half years, Claire is Executive Assistance to Domenic Stramandinoli. She’s a cultured one our Claire, but she’s straight up, believing a good, firm handshake always leaves a positive impression. Find out more about Claire:

What’s the best meal you’ve ever had? It was when we were in Istanbul, Turkey. We saw the waiter advertising the menu on the street and everything looked delicious. We asked to go to the restaurant and he escorted us to this tiny elevator that took us to the restaurant that was on the roof of a carpet store overlooking the Blue Mosque. The waiter brought out a sealed clay pot called a ‘Testi Kebap’. He broke the clay pot with a knife and poured the delicious lamb and vegetable onto the plate. It was amazing!
